Surface Preparation
All cast components undergo blast cleaning before coating. This ensures the correct surface profile and maximum coating adhesion.
Coating Systems
We work with a variety of coating technologies, including powder and liquid epoxy coatings. Coating schemes are selected according to the application—whether for buried water networks, above-ground installations, wastewater systems, seawater environments, fire protection infrastructure, or industrial facilities.
R&D and Testing
AVK SVMC works closely with AVK Tech to verify performance and support qualification processes.
Quality Control
Each batch is carefully monitored to ensure:
- Minimum coating thickness of 250 μm
- Pore-free surface
- Consistent coating application quality
