Since 1998, AVK SVMC has been supporting Saudi Aramco projects with reliable valve solutions. At the Ju'aymah Advanced Fire Training Center in Ras Tanura, we supplied a complete range of fire protection products, helping strengthen critical infrastructure with trusted, long-lasting solutions.

AVK SVMC is proud to have supplied UL/FM-approved fire gate valves and centric butterfly valves for the fire water network of the Amiral Project in Jubail Industrial City. Designed for dependable performance in critical fire protection systems, our valve solutions help support the safety and reliability of one of the region's largest refinery and petrochemical developments.

UL and FM-certified fire gate valves, manufactured in Jeddah and approved by Saudi Aramco, are set for installation at the JNGLF facility. Designed for critical fire protection, 176 units will support refrigeration systems and storage tanks where operational safety is essential.

The project involved the construction of a major water transmission system and included the installation of DN 2000 butterfly valves rated at 16 bar — equipment of this scale is rarely used and must meet the highest reliability standards.

The Jubail 2 SWRO project is one of Saudi Arabia’s most strategic water infrastructure developments and is set to become the world’s largest seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant upon completion. Located in Jubail, the project plays a critical role in strengthening water security for the Eastern Province and supporting Saudi Arabia’s long-term sustainability objectives.
A total of 617 butterfly valves were delivered for the project, covering a wide range of diameters and operational requirements.
