Knowledge Exchange Day with NWC at AVK Saudi Factory
AVK Saudi welcomed the NWC Projects Department Western Cluster team for a knowledge exchange day, featuring a factory tour, technical discussions, and insights into our manufacturing processes. 06-04-2026
We hosted a strong and talented engineering team from the Projects Department Western Cluster NWC at AVK Saudi
This visit matters when engineers who truly care about their work come together and speak the same professional language
This was not just a formal “factory tour.” We aimed to show production processes as transparently and honestly as possible:
- We walked through all production stages, from initial machining to final assembly and delivery.
- Conducted real-time testing: coating thickness measurement, holiday testing for coating integrity, and rubber hardness testing.
- The highlight: live hydrotesting of a gate valve, a hydrant, and butterfly valves directly on the production. When you see metal under pressure in real conditions, questions about quality disappear.
We had open discussions and even debates around real field challenges. For us, this is the most valuable part.
We are not here just to sell valves. Our goal is to share the knowledge we’ve built over 40 years in Saudi Arabia. Real value comes from expertise, lessons learned, and practical solutions. This is what defines a strong partnership.
Our sincere appreciation to Eng. Adil Yalli and Muhammad Naeem and big thank you to the NWC team for the engagement and open dialogue.
