Ajyal Community Project

Ajyal Community of Excellence Project (ACEP) has attained the recognizable and global Envision Silver Award which is given for sustainable infrastructure by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in Washington, D.C.

The Ajyal Community is the first infrastructure project in the region to win this prestige achievement. It earned 102 out of 124 applicable points in the Envision Quality of Life Category which covers the wellbeing, mobility and community segments of the award. The project, which began in 2012,  aims to provide a residential community in South Dhahran, Saudi Arabia for the employees of Saudi Aramco.

The project consists of approximately 8,000 residential units as well as community support facilities and commercial zones on a 10.2 square kilometers area. The first stage of the project has concluded, and the second stage is planned to start in early 2020.

From the early phases of the constructing period, AVK SVMC has proudly supplied more than 4,000 efficient and high-quality products to the wining project. The range of products varied from gate valves and air valves to fire hydrants and their accessories.
