AVK joined forces with GRUNDFOS, a Danish pump manufacturing company, to form an outstanding 3 months program for Saudi graduates Engineers
This program is designed to develop exceptional early careers of high performing talented graduates capable of meeting the challenges. The program ends with an opportunity to work with us. By participating in our Saudi Fresh Graduate Program, you can enhance the skills you are developing through your academic studies and gain valuable first-hand experience in excellent multinational organizations.
The program is a training program effectively promoting the recruitment of qualified Saudi youth, with an overall vision of creating new employment opportunities. After passing the program successfully, the selected candidates will have the opportunity to visit the headquarters of AVK and GRUNDFOS in Europe.
Introduction to the Training Program
The training program consists of 4 stages in a 12 week time span, divided between the two companies’ departments.
First Stage - Orientation
Candidates will spend the first week with both companies to learn more about the program and the activities planned.
Second Stage - Company Departments
Trainees will go through all the departments to learn about the operational processes for both companies.
Third Stage - Intensive Training in Europe
Candidates who pass all the tests related to the previous steps will have the opportunity to embark on intensive training in Europe, and visit the headquarters of AVK and GRUNDFOS. They will also undergo specialized training in regards to both companies’ modes of operation.
Fourth Stage - The Job Offer
The selected candidates will receive a job offer from AVK and GRUNDFOS. Each company will choose 4 candidates based on the their performances and test results.
